Electronic COVID reporting began Nov. 12

Information Service now electronically reports when COVID-19 has been added to the Problem List or as a Visit Diagnosis and the patient has a positive or negative COVID test.   

Previously, this was reported manually. Now it is automatic and visible in Epic. The electronic report document will be accessible in Chart Review by single clicking the associated appointment and clicking the link under External Documents. Here are screen shots of the Chart Review.
