Epic 22.11 go-live May 10

Changes to workflow begin May 8

We are very close to our Epic 22.11 go-live on May 10! Here is what you need to know:

• Starting May 8 until go-live on May 10, certain aspects of your workflow may not be customizable, such as filters in Chart Review and work lists, or editing smart lists.
• Epic reports and Slicer Dicer will be unavailable starting at 1800 on May 9 for up to 24 hours.
• There will be downtime from 0200 to 0400 on May 10 while changes are applied to the system.
• Training is still available. Please see the SharePoint site for more information.
• A Command Center will be open from 0700 to 2200 on May 10 to focus on issue resolution during go-live.
