From IS: Take and maintain photos using Haiku and Canto

Update your photo on the fly with your mobile device

If you don’t have a personal photo on file in Epic, you can take a selfie with your Apple or Android smartphone (use the Haiku program) or iPad (Canto program). You can also update your current photo. Simply tap your profile photo in Haiku or Canto to take a new photo using your mobile device. The photo is automatically updated in Epic.

• Submit your department’s enhancement request via the Epic enhancement form in the IS service portal.
• The request will go through initial reviews with unit champion and IS.
• The councils then review and prioritize the requests for your area.
• Enhancements will be fulfilled based on council recommendation.
