New RL reporting system

New system went live July 9

The new RL reporting system (replacing the PSA system) went live on July 9. The new system is much more comprehensive than the old system that collected only PSA files. The new system collects reports on patient safety events, patient initiated complaints, employee injuries, staffing concerns and corporate integrity events. There are many new features of the system we are really excited about:

  • Simplified entry — including icon wall
  • Redesigned inbox/information center
  • Clarification when a file is completed for improved closing
