Salem Health’s Continuing Professional Development office presents “Should Men Be Screened for Prostate Cancer?” as part of its free monthly primary care series for providers and other health care specialists on Wednesday, Feb. 13, from 7 to 8 a.m. in the Kaizen Classroom, Building B, second floor. Breakfast is included.

Understand the controversy regarding prostate-specific antigen screening and national organization guidelines.
Recognize and manage high-risk patients.
Learn patient scenarios to better understand the risks and benefits of PSA screening.

This session is for PCPs, hospitalists, internal medicine and other interested health care professionals.
