Applying will be easy, mobile-friendly

About 61 percent of all candidates, including providers, look for jobs and apply via a mobile device. I’m excited to tell you that Salem Health Human Resources will be launching its new applicant tracking system to streamline the application process and allow candidates to apply via mobile devices. We expect to have the new system up and running on Nov. 28.

Among other improvements, the upgrade to the new platform, iCIMS, will allow provider candidates to: 

  • View all open positions via an easy search tool.
  • Submit CVs electronically and track their progress online.

We are pleased to bring this new system to our provider application process! It will make referring talent and applying for opportunities quicker, easier and seamless.
