TJC finding on suicide prevention brings quick action

At-risk patients will be on constant suicide watch

In response to The Joint Commission Survey, patients with severe risk for suicide will have a one-on-one observer assigned to them for direct continual observation. The observer will watch and report any changes in behavior or attempts at self-harm.
