Tyler C. Lonsford, FNP

Bio
Tyler is a native of the PNW, having grown up in Dallas, Oregon and has spent most of his career at Salem Health. He first earned his BSN from Linfield College, then his MSN from Simmons University, developing a passion for primary care which stems from his ability to develop trusting relationships and focus on health goals to provide total care for his patients. In his off time, he enjoys weightlifting, playing golf and paddleboarding on the Willamette River.
